I Need a Reboot PAYMENT POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your payment is handled when you purchase "I Need a Reboot" products, services and event tickets.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENT TICKET PURCHASES

Reboot events are carefully curated and have limited seating and supplies must be resourced. Last minute cancellations incur a cost to the organizer(s) and negatively affects the overall experience for all attendees. 

 

As such:

  • Cancellation requests made within 2 weeks of the event start date will get a 75% refund

  • Cancellation requests made within 1 week of the event start date will get a 50% refund 

  • Cancellation requests made after this time will not be refunded. However, the payment can be applied to a future event, workshop or coaching.

  • Because this work is transformational, purchasers are also welcome to donate their seat to someone who could use it but would otherwise not be able to afford it. Please contact the organizer in any case.

When you place an order through the following sites: "ineedareboot.com, therebootacademy.com, tickettailor.com/events/ineedareboot" we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
The intent is fairness and alignment with best practices. We may update these policies from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational or legal reasons.
