Service Description

Whereas the REBOOT workshop series offer a tribal aspect and peer-to-peer accountability, 1-to-1 coaching can target specific challenges and thus offer personalized support outside of a group setting. As an observer, I will objectively aid you in clearing your own fog. My commitment to you is to listen objectively to the challenges you're facing and help you see through the noise. Together we help you to break free from any limiting thoughts and beliefs that may have become personal barriers to your happiness and personal growth. Such barriers keep you from expressing yourself and can diminish your life force. OPTION 1 | 1 Session When you book your session, you will receive a confirmation email and a worksheet to help get you started so that we can maximize our time together. OPTION 2 | 6 Sessions Alternately, you may choose the 6-session option. It's a perfect supplement to the self discovery workshops series and you can schedule sessions at intervals of your choice. This option comes with additional, exclusive benefits: (1) a discount off the single session rate; (2) access to my exclusive resource library and (3) a free copy of the e-book "Help! I Need a Reboot" Q & A Where will we meet? Generally, coaching sessions are held at local co-working offices. We can meet at your office or even a coffee house if you prefer. You also have the option to meet via video chat or phone. I don't live in the area, what are my options? We can hold your session via video chat or phone.
